Message from the CEO

Greetings from Representative Director Yukihiko Ito

Making a real difference to climate change through real estate

Climate change has become a global megatrend, and real estate has a major responsibility on the front lines and the power to change the future of the world.

With over 15 years of experience in the global real estate investment field and experience in implementing real estate ESG with institutional investors, I felt that there was a lack of essential methods and approaches in the real estate field regarding themes such as climate change countermeasures and ESG, and so I developed the EasyGo service in 2020.

Current efforts in the real estate industry to combat climate change and ESG issues are being driven by global companies, institutional investors, governments, and international organizations, with large frameworks being created that include information disclosure, rule-making, and the organization of industry associations and certification bodies.

On the other hand, I feel that there has been little progress in efforts to involve everyone involved in real estate in making improvements and bringing about more fundamental change.

Bringing real change to climate change through real estate

We believe that startups have the role of creating "real change" in order to realize a carbon-free society. EaSyGo is a startup business that is taking a step toward creating "real change" for the world. Based on our many years of experience in the global real estate market, our business concept is designed to be developed not only domestically but also globally. We have received interest from overseas businesses, and we are also conducting demonstration experiments such as smart city concepts. We will expand into the domestic and global markets and realize our vision of "delivering sustainability options to everyone."
