Resident feedback collection and management function

Requests and suggestions from residents are delivered to the management screen in real time. Opinions and response status for each property can be shared and compared in one place, enabling smooth collaboration with property management companies.

Linkage with EnerSyGo

By linking data with "EnerSyGo," a service that measures electricity consumption and waste in private areas, decarbonization goals can be seamlessly shared with residents, making it possible to promote and monitor improvement actions.

ESG Performance Report

We collect and report on the properties' environmentally and socially conscious facilities and their track record of ESG-based outreach to residents. This can be used to increase the attractiveness of the property and to appeal to the outside world, such as when recruiting tenants.

Lifestyle Services

We provide lifestyle services and coupons for food, transportation, beauty, health, disaster prevention, energy conservation, etc. that will improve quality of life (QOL) and satisfaction and contribute to the environmental society. We will provide services in collaboration with various companies, such as a campaign with major cosmetics company KOSE starting in January 2024.

Sustainable Challenge

We have started offering "Sustainable Challenge," a game-style learning experience for residents on issues related to the SDGs, such as energy conservation, health, water conservation, disaster prevention, and community contributions. In addition to serving as an SDGs guide for residents, it also allows users to measure the results and effects of their efforts.

Community Contribution Program

Through the resident-only portal, residents can implement programs that contribute to the local community. In addition, residents can earn points by answering surveys and participating in sustainability challenges, which can then be used to make donations to local organizations.

In addition to the online content, we also provide a poster-type guide to the SDGs for residents that can be displayed in the common areas of the property. Materials are available for each theme, such as energy conservation, waste reduction, disaster prevention, and community contribution.
